The Body Consciousness Training is a program which brings us into contact with the Ancient Wisdom in our bodies, showing us that every aspect of ourselves is Alive.
The spark of Life, which we often take for granted, is present in every cell, tissue, organ, organelle, molecule, atom, electron and proton in our body. We are a synergistic dance of Consciousness filling worlds within worlds, universes within universes, all within our trillions of cells, Ancient wisdom tells us that we exist as an interconnected Whole — inside of our bodies, and in unified relationship with every Living thing.
The Body Consciousness Training gives us an opportunity to approach our bodies in a new way — a way which brings recognition to our essential Life Force.
This 9-Week Course will ask you to slow down, listen with a refined attention, and allow new perceptions to unfold. It is a journey of exploration, discovery and wonder.
Details
Each week you will receive a link to the Training which will include written & audio ‘teachings’ as well as a guided experience. Each module of study is 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour and will guide you in an exploration of different aspects of your perception: sight, hearing, sensation, movement, understanding.
Integrative assignments, designed to help expand the study into your daily life, range from 5 minutes daily, to a suggested repetition of the Guided Experience up to 3 times in a week.
Requirements
• Approximately 30 minutes of undisturbed time & space for the once weekly email.
• An area where you can lie or sit comfortably
• A Journal
* “Homework” ranges from 5 minutes daily to 20 minutes 2-3 times during the week
