Each bodypart-based workout is a challenging mix of exercises arranged into various programming formats to keep you challenged and motivated. Straight sets, supersets, cardio circuits, high-intensity interval training workouts and plyometrics — this plan has it all! What’s more, Candice has you performing three strength tests and measurements — before you start, mid-program and at the end of the plan — so you can track your progress along the way.
