This course will take you through the Anxious Attachment experience in each of the 6 Stages of a Relationship. You will learn about the life cycle of a relationship, along with the Anxious’ patterns in each stage, protest behaviors, fears, limiting beliefs and needs.
As you learn about these important patterns, you will get a chance to gain insight into some of the other attachment styles’ expectations comparatively. You’ll see the different paces each style moves at in each stage of the relationship, as well as what a healthy set of rules would be. You’ll also learn how to overcome and reprogram fears, protest behaviors and limiting beliefs.
* Recommended for the anxious attachment style, or for their loved ones.
