- You can get Recurring Revenue Streams with Land: You can sell land on owner financing. Banks usually don’t deal with land because it’s usually a smaller deal than with houses. You can essentially become the bank. Here is a truth. The banks make the most amount of money.
- What happens if they don’t pay you? You do what the bank does. You take back the property and you sell it to someone else. I’ll show you how this is actually an easy process. A side benefit is that they can’t really damage your land once you want to take it back. It’s really hassle free.
- Higher Rates of Return with Land (Cash Flips and Terms Deals): The returns are a lot higher. It’s not uncommon to hear some land investor buying land for $10,000 and flipping it for $20,000. It’s actually a common occurrence. That’s doubling your money (an investment like this is hard to find in other real estate asset classes like houses).
- Easier to Find Deals compared to Houses: Real Estate Agents don’t chase these deals. They don’t get enough of a commission. Real estate investors believe they should focus on houses because they don’t understand these secrets. It means there is A LOT less competition than houses (a.k.a. easier to find deals and profit).
- Less Hassle that Rentals when it comes to Building Passive Income: You don’t have to worry about clogged toilets or a HVAC not working again anymore. With land investing, you collect the payment and that’s it. Does the bank worry about your clogged toilets? Nope… If you don’t pay, they simply take back the property and sell it to someone else. Be the bank.
- Who the heck buys land? A lot of people actually.
