I love helping people experience deep feelings of peace, joy, and love. As a popular professional speaker, I’ve guided thousands of people in workshops in various types of guided meditations. I’ve had the chance to see what really “works” for people—and what does not. Since Pam and John Dupuy are friends of mine, I eventually tried out some of my meditations on them. Story into Being is just the new way of viewing myself that I need. The first listen scared me because I’m attached (like totally in love) with my stories about myself and who do I be without my stories?! Panic! All tracks are amazing and very powerful! I struggle a lot with my mental chatter and I have also a hard time being in the present moment.
