Week 1: Overview, History, the Basics

Week 2: 20 Important Yoga Words
• From ahimsa to yoga, learn the real meaning, literal translation, and proper pronunciation of words critical to communicating about the practice.
Week 3: Standing Poses
• Practice and teach these common poses knowing more about what they were named for and how to accurately say their names.
Week 4: Sitting Poses
• Practice and teach these common poses knowing more about what they were named for and how to accurately say their names.
Week 5: Backbends
• Practice and teach these common poses knowing more about what they were named for and how to accurately say their names.
Week 6: Review, Resources, and Wrap-Up
• Review what you have learned and get all you need to continue your study of Sanskrit!
